While installing his today I noticed it said something about having to use sound reducing spark plug wires. Is this a must? Any one know any thing about this?

Any kind of electrical noise could potentially cause interference ending in a misfire issue.

So stock plug wires are not good enough??

You should be fine with the stock plug wires.
