LLT Misfire?!?!?

Hey guys and girls. I got up for work this morning, started the car, cleaned the lil bit of snow off and when I got in I noticed a Check Engine Light. So I OnStar'd it, they ran a diagnostic and said it was a misfire. Engine didn't seem to be running badly at all, but to be safe I turned it off and hopped in the 94 Grand Cherokee. Only mods I have are Flowmaster Axelback and a Hurst Short Throw. My mechanic buddy thinks the knock sensor may be picking up a loose exhaust clamp (the exhaust was only put on 3 weeks ago, hasn't been welded yet). Could that be it? Could it be the cold? Any advice would be great.

I am taking it up to the dealer, but that won't be until Monday.

on most cars if a misfire is detected the check engine light will blink.
