Tune? Please help the noobie!
What exactly is a tune and what does it cost / do for you?
Does it void the warranty? Thanks! |

Generally speaking you wouldn't really need it until you did some pretty significant modifications. The tune would help optimize the settings to your climate and allow you to get the most out of your mods.

Had mine "tuned" yesterday. Picked up just under 40 rwhp with the tune, cai, and other minimal items. The biggest change was in shift points and deleting the "highway mode" 8 to 4 reduction
