I cannot comment on the Tower but I have had rider hockey stripes installed for a year now and they are as good as the day I put them on.

Neither page states the "quality". I would be asking both what brand, thickness, type, and warranty on each manufacturers vinyl.

I bought my side gills from Tower, The sent me two sets in case I screwed up the installation. I didn't and they have been on for almost two years now. They still look good and show no signs of age.
