So I installed my hex vents yesterday but due to my mistake of not lining up the bolt perfectly I stripped a couple of the spots on one of my hex vents. No biggie I figured Ill just tap them out to the next size up bolt. I pm'd Steve to see what size the bolts were and he offered to send me a new vent if I had the matte black ones. Unfortunately I have the painted gloss black ones but he gave me the bolt info I needed. Great guy to deal with that stands behind his product even when the customer screwed it up.

Second that. He was on site at the Sunshine State Rally today doing installs. Got mine installed. Took about an hour and they are PERFECT! I've been wanting to buy Hex Vents for a while now but there was no way I was going to try and install them. Worked out great.
