Any suspension adjustment required on 1le when going to 305 rear tires?

I figure if I ever get a 1Le and can get it into the 450rwhp+ range, I would want to go to the 305 goodyears as the rear tire.

Any suspension adjustment to the 1le required for going to 305 rear tires?

Or just a 4-wheel alignment?

Bolt them on...might want the Pedder's ZL1 rear sway bar...no alignment needed for just the tire swap...

He is right, you already have ZL1 wheels. Just put on the right size instead of the stretched 285's. You will get understeer again by going staggered though.

If left stock sure, but do you think the 1le would still have understeer in the 450+ rwhp range if using 305 rears?

I'm planning on doing the same thing. I've never tracked a car before - if I ever race it enough (and actually get good enough) that the understeer becomes an issue, I'll find a set of replica 11" rear rims and put the 285s on for those days.

Change the rear sway and/or add some negative camber in the front to get more front grip.
295's on the front.

Thats about what the ZL1 is and it has different bars. Its got a bit more weight but its primarily the tire choice that drove the sway bar change. If you're comfortable countersteering through horsepower induced oversteer then have at it and leave the sways stock. But it will push/understeer more if left as is.
