Place your bets!! 427 YSi

-CNC ported PRC heads with hollow stem 2.165 and 1.6 valves
-Harland Sharpe rockers
-238/248 .605/.615 114 cam
-Ported oil pump and other machining necessary to handle high hp
-Monster Level 4 clutch
-1 7/8" American Racing headers with 3"catless X-pipe
-Borla S-type axle back
-RevExtreme catch can
- Fast/NW 102

Car put down 520/500 on Speed Incs dyno on motor

Whats next
ECS Ysi 10 rib kit approx 10 psi
Alky control dual nozzle kit
Boost a pump and ID1000's

So, what do you think?

That bap will not cut it on your fueling, even with meth.
Invest in a proper dual fuel pump setup.

Well, the plan was to run this setup through the summer and then do the dual pump this winter when I decide exactly what we want to setup the fuel system for. Seeing as Im limited to 10psi on this motor anyways, we decided that this would be a safe way to go.

I'm in agreement with the others on your fuel. I would not rely solely on the BAP.

You have big money in your FI and motor build, hate to see you lose it on fuel. Personally, I would start my build with fuel and go from there.

Ive previously voiced my concerns about fuel limitations to the guys doing the install and the site vendor I bought the parts through. Based on their knowledge, this will work for what Im currently looking to accomplish.

Limited to 10psi being a standard 427? You going to step down to a 416 or lsx to up boost later?

If matt or doug and nick think youre fine. They wouldnt lead you in the wrong direction!

You will run out of fuel, and 10psi is barely spinning a Ysi. It will be lazy and won't make all that much power. Get that up to 18-20psi.

I say mid 700s on 10psi.

Will be going to a 416 over the winter and push 18-20psi. If there was any question that it wouldnt be enough, im sure it would have been addressed.

We dont plan on making anymore than 750ish at the moment with the 10psi we are limited to on this motor, hence why the BAP will make due for right now. I would have been happy to go ahead and do the fuel system now, but the motor is still only capable of limited boost. So i decided to hold off until we pull the motor.

The wife was a little curious as to where the 10K from our savings account went anyways. LOL Just saving a little bit of coin until winter.

I have a bap on my stock pump and I'm out of fuel at 596rwhp at 11.5lbs on stock 6.0.
There is no way a bap will support what you have.

Same here. Stock pump with bap could not keep up on my car with just a whipple headers and CAI. Went to ZL1 pump and ADM FPCM
