Top of Shock

Is this something I should be worried about? Top of shock is raised off the fender.

Thanks guys! I certainly noticed it more on one side with the wheels turned and figured it was normal give and play but always good to check here!

As the wheels turn the retaining plate 'wobbles'. If the strut top did not allow this articulation your steering would bind.
