Is there a program I can buy so I can read what my car is doing and tune it myself? I tune bikes so it can't be to much different.

Not for the 2010 camaro. The only tuners for the 2010 camaro are trifecta and ipf. Each use a proprietary program.

These are the tuning packages that people use around here. HPTuners is probably your best bet. For about $650 you get the handheld and their VCM suite so you can write your own tunes.

None of those support the 2010-11 Bosch ECM though.
