Almost half of the interior fuses aren't getting enough power. I checked all fuses and batteries. And can't find the problem. I found this out when I went to get a tune and the hp tuner could get enough power. I'm only getting 2.5 when I should be getting 12 where the tune is connected...Anyone have this problem??

I need to tune the car but will probably have to remove dash and find a bad wire or a loose wire. Please help!
