Actual selling price for 2010 2SS

What would have been an actual selling price people paid for a 2010 2SS, fully loaded to include the GM GFX but w/o a sunroof? What did some peeps on here actually pay for a similar car? I know that I'll probably hear a range of numbers but any response will be appreciated.

Either but I was primarily asking what people may have actually paid for a similarly equiped car new. Just doing some research prior to MAYBE looking into a used one with VERY low mileage.

original MSRP should be pretty close to the same in comparison on 2012's....I think the price just increased slightly since 2010.

My 2SS/RS with no GFX was 37k out the door, minus tax which will vary by state I think it was about $35k

In any event this is no where near what you should pay for a used one even with very low miles. Remember that car is still used and the bumper to bumper warranty is about to expire. I would guess you could get it for about $29k from a dealer, slightly less private party

What are the chances it was gm marketing plants running up the bids? Either there is a story behind this car we do not know about, or we've been played

Like others have said the prices should be faily close. It will also depend on which 2010. The very early models didn't even have the rear sensors. The rear sensors added $300 I believe. Since then they've gone up for HUD and rear camera. That's assuming a 2SS.

In reality, it doesn't matter what they cost new in 2010. You need to look at current book value +/- any options and mileage.

This one must be a late enough 2010 since they say it has "rear sensing technology". I asked and they claim the owner had bought it as a weekend car after a divorce but traded it in for a decked out 2012 truck. What peaks my interest is that they're not asking an unreasonable amount for it and it only has 2,247 miles!
