This is what I just put on my new 1LE (front only). Jon at Best Wheel Deals gave me the heads up on these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/5MM-BMW-SPAC...p2054897.l4275 Needed to put my Niche Apex wheels with Vredestrein tires on for winter storage and they would not clear the 1LE front struts. Works perfect and quick delivery. |

How thick of a spacer can you add before you would need longer studs?

Akata,
5mm, from Ebay, hubcentric, no vibrations. Just check the application. Ebay does not seem to keep my old transactions I cannot look it up. I can go into the garage and check the number on it if you like:

I googled Akata spacers and this came up....lol....
http://www.clublexus.com/forums/the-...m-spacers.html From what little I've researched so far, I think I'd feel safer with the Eibachs....you don't lose any stud length, and they locate on the old hub and include a new hub so the wheel locates on it....(don't think they have 5mm, though) |

Not sure about the vibration....My new 1LE is sitting inside at the dealership (for 2 weeks now) waiting for decent weather to drive home. My friends in service installed the spacers and swapped my wheels out for me. The spacers were a perfect fit and appear to be very good quality. I'll probably run this setup in early spring when the mornings are still cold and then put the 1LE rims with GY F1's back on in the summer. |
