Can someone give me some guidance - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Okay I called my dealer for update on status and he told me that my car is built and has a vin ending in A9125450. However, I asked him for my full vin and he was unsure on how to figure out my full vin number and told me he would need to research that and get back to me. I also asked him if I was in QC and he told me he would have to look into that as well. I have a feeling my sales guy doesn't exactly know what he's doing. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to get an update if I am above 3800 but don't have my full vin only order number. I looked at the tracking threads here and I seem to be in limbo between each of the various tracking threads. Or if someone could help me help my sales guy know where to look for this information in his computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My order number is in my sig.

your VIN most likely starts with 2G1FT1EW check digit x or 5?

if he was in order workbench where he saw the last eight of your vin he could have just clicked the order number to get the full event history, change history, vin and options.

Okay I will call my salesman and tell him that.....we should all get a commission for helping our dealers figure out how to do their job.
