Hey guys I am a new guy to this group. I just moved to St. Petersburg from Ohio and bought a 13 Camaro with the 1LE package. I am getting ready to order the Nightfury Cam and BBK headers with cats. The issue is I dont have a garage yet to do the work and frankly I would rather have a shop who can install and dyno tune all at once. Does anyone know of a shop?

Powertech Performance is by you. Here's the number 727-826-0802. Tampa Tuning uses the same shop so you can try to do it all at once. Here's their number (813) 727-8720.

There are 3 local shops who can do it. Powertech is probably the closest. Then either FSP who is on this board or Anti Venom who is not. I know people who have had cams done at all 3 shops and are happy so choose who works best for you.

There are quite a few of us around your area if you want to see/hear/feel some more cam options done by local shops before you make a decision. Hit us up anytime

Thanks Everyone! I will try to make it over there. Again thanks for the advice I need all the help I can get. Being new is hard. Dont want to find things out the hard way.

You came to the right place. The shops mentioned above are all well-respected here. Fortunately, as yoh can see, you have many good options in your area. Welcome to Florida (I'm an Ohio transplant as well, btw).

I just left PowerTech and spoke to Joe for awhile. I fully trust he will do a great job. We have a plan now for what I want and the price is seems good to me. From what I seen in the shop he is doing something right! Thanks for the welcome!

Very easy to find and not far at all. Is there anything going on tonight as far as a meet of any kind?

Not tonight. Couple of members do car shows almost every weekend but next big club meetup in 19th and were going to the gocart place down street from power tech. Check out bottom of the first post on tampa tricounty for info, id post it but to hard on phone

Welcome to the neighborhood!! Tampa Tuning does great work. I use FSP(Florida Speed and Power) since it is closer to where I live. Get ready for the very hot and humid summer coming up!!
