Rough idle, detonation?

My car has sat waiting on an intake manifold port since thanksgiving. I just put everything back together this morning and when I start the car it idles a lot like the trifecta ghost cam, rpms are all over the place from a couple hundred to 1100 or 1200 which is normal I think? I can't remember it's been awhile since I've driven her. Fresh quarter tank of gas. Battery pull. Still it's bad. There is some back fire and even more popping coming from the engine itself I think but I'm sitting in the car turning it off out of fear when that happens. Advice? Bad spark plug? No carb cleaner to check for vacuum leak.. idk.

Just drove it. Didn't go over 3k rpms to be safe. When shifting rpms don't drop. Misfire all 6 cylinders
