Customer service is one thing that companies don't spend nearly enough time thinking aboutl and surly not enough time implementing. With my company I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with many vendors. There job is to keep me happy so I keep buying their products so their customer service should be A+. I can say for a certainty that it general it doesn't come close to the service and attention I received from Airlift in particular Jeremy. I love their product but had an issue with my rear bags and without hesitation or question they shipped out new ones to me. The new design is far superior to the original and performs so much better. Jeremy you have made a customer not only happy but one that has no problem recommending you company to anyone looking to bag their car. Thanks for your excellent service.
