Question Handheld Tuning

About to order a tuner; from what I've been reading it seems to me that HyperTech and SCT x3 are among the most popular. Was wondering what one you guys/gals think is the best between the two and how you like yours.

Hello and welcome,

If never plan to do anything to your car modification wise the Hypertech will work.

Hypertech does not support any Custom tuning.

If you have or Plan to modify your car then SCT is the Best solution, combined with JRE Custom tuning support.

I have tuned over 1600 Gen5 Camaros alone with the SCT X3 all over the world.

Let me know How I can Help.

Ted.

Well I have a CAI and plan on getting LT headers and exhaust. So I guess SCT it is lol and I will most definitely be getting the tune from you. How does the tune get onto the programmer when I order which tune I want from the checkout options? Or does it come pre loaded with which ever tune I choose?

Hypertech will cover a stock car up through an air intake and catback...pretty much the limit...from there you need something tweaked professionally.
