Question need HELP!!

so I just came back from a short drive with my beloved 2010 Camaro LS, parked, and went playing around with the radio a little. then I decided to play with the menu, I went to the tire pressure monitor, and then pushed the se/clear button and selected yes to relearn, the horn beeped twice and the driver side running light went on. I freaked out and tried to turn off the light but it wouldn't. so i killed the engine, restarted it, repeated the same thing, and it did it again. is that normal or is she going crazy on me?

Ok, what is going on is you told the car to relearn the tire pressure.
No big deal.
To reset, simply put the car in park or set the ebrake,
go to the drivers side front tire, let out about 5 psi of air,
the horn will honk and the turn signal will flash at the passenger's front side.
let out about 5 psi of air from this tire, then the horn will honk again, and the rear passenger side turn signal will flash, repeat this process following the turn signal,
the horn will honk twice,
this means that the car has learned the new tires.
Then add the appropriate amount of air to each tire and you are done.

Just be glad you don't have a later model, they need a special tpms tool to relearn.

Ha! Got another one! These cars a pretty advanced and it's often best to check the manual before performing the "hmmm... wonder what this button does" procedure. And by the way, after performing the "relearn" process don't forget to air up your tires to the proper PSI. It actually relearns the tire position... not the tire pressure. You would typically perform the relearn process after rotating the tires or getting new tires and possibly changing the location of the wheels.
