Question AAC colorshift halos/drls halos

I installed AAC halos/drls halos (white/blue) this is the hardness I have: I power on the fuse box complete by itself and ground on the fender, I use channel 1 for the white and channel 2 for blue, my questions:
1) I like to have the white turn on when I turn on my car without using the controller how can I do this? Like factory halos...
2) why I can use all the features when the car is off but if I turn it on I can't change the halos or turn them off until I turn off the car? It's a safety feature in the hardness? Or I did something wrong?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Ok , its hard to understand what your asking , but as far as the not being able to use them unless the car is off sounds like you don't have a constant 12 v positive , double check your red wire and make sure it stays on all the time , as far as white coming on when you start the car this could be done using a relay and tie it directly to the white lights , then with another relay you could when you turn on the other color it would inturn shut off the white lights and turn on the other color .this would be really hard to explain in a text form so sorry its needs a picture to show how to do this .

update:

After couple hours back and forward, I end up connecting the hardness to engine fuse box #18 since this is 12V switched I leave the memory on white, so every time I turn on the car halos turn on... downfall I can use the colorshift when car is off, I try tap on side markers but every time I turn on the car the halos turn off...

on my dual color halos from aac there were three wires two grounds one for each color and one positive for you to hook them up to the markers you would have to use a relay and change the positive output from the markers to a negative one/

Ok here is the diagram hopefully it will make sense , what I did was when the side markers are turned on they will trip the first relay and turn on the white halos , then when you press the button what ever channel you pick to light up the other color the negative out from the control box will trip the second relay shutting of the white halos and turning on the other color ,so this should work for what you looking to do .

Ok let me see if I got it:

1) I need 2 relays
2) I'm only using 1 channel?
3) from the AAC box the cable that goes to the relay is power or ground?
4) at the bottom of the halos they have another power source right now mines are connected to yhe AAC box...
5) after doing this all the colorshit features still going to work?
Sorry for all the questions but you got me motivated know!

The output from there control box "should" be ground out
4) at the bottom of the halos they have another power source right now mines are connected to yhe AAC box...
There should be three wires per halo , one wire should receive hot 12 v +, the other two should receive neg ,each wire being a different color .

Well that's the hope at least , when you turn on the car or parking lights for that matter only the white lights should come on , when you press channel (1 or 2 depends on what you use ) the power to the white will be shut of and the power too the blue will be turned on .

Sorry for all the questions but you got me motivated know!
Your very welcome , how many wires are coming out of there box any way to take a pic of it , your controller is different than mine .

wow they really changes the control box , your going to need to test the control box out put and let me know what it does , so take the one set that would go to the halos and tell me what the wires do , does the red stay hot all the time and the does the black switch on to neg ,,, they didn't change the halos tho ,,, red should be hooked to 12v + and the other would be sent a ground signal to change or light the colors, one thing tho if you hook it up the way I drew the pic you will some of the cool features this box does , like fade from one color to another
