No they are separate pieces. Already sold the shifter plate.

Shoot me a PM with your phone # and I'll text you some photos and the install instructions. I just removed the shifter from the car so it's ready to ship Saturday morning. There's one wire that runs from the shifter up under the dash and into the steering column. You have to remove the stock tap shift wire from the steering wheel and attach it to the pistol grip tap shift wire. The wire also has a ground wire that attaches to a bolt inside of the center console. Basic 1-2 hour install.
