Unhappy Questions about Miss Fires??

I have a 2010 2SS Camaro that i just got April of this year. I have owned it for about a month now and its been at the dealer longer than i have been able to drive the car. When i first got the car it had the exhaust rattle coming from the baffles being loose so i took it back to them it took a week for them to get back to me about it and they told me they weren't going to see the exhaust till the following Monday. so i told them i would come pick it up because i wanted to drive it for the weekend because it was going to be nice out. So i picked it up drove it during the weekend and while i had it i the transmission started to grind pretty badly and there seemed to be a miss fire coming from the car. i took it back that Monday and told them what i had found out about the transmission and the miss fire. the trans is already out and torn apart it need new syncros at 24k im not the original owner only drove it for 500 miles. i have the torque scanner app that shows there are miss fires in cylinder 4 and 7 they both have 63 count on both cylinders. Also the rpms keep jumping up from and down about 50 rpms. the dealer is trying to tell me that because there is no engine light on that the car doesn't have a miss fire but that makes no sense if my scanner is telling me that it has a 63 count on both 4and7.
I have no mods but a short throw shifter. sorry for the long story im just trying to figure this out.

That is total BS!!! I just recently had a misfire in cylinder 2 due to a shorted spark plug. The CEL flashed and went away. Also, the CEL stores codes that the car will erase after a few good cycles. If they keep giving you BS call GM like I did! After I got off the phone with GM, I got a call from a Chevy dealership and a service appointment and during that appointment they found the issue (spark plug). Even though the CEL wasn't on.
