Lower pulley size/percentage?

I have seen a few charts showing it but for some reason I don't see a lot of the options on there. Right now I have an ATI superdamper on my car with a 5% overdrive ring...

I know for the ATI there is 5%, 10%, 18%, 22.5% or 28%. So what is the size in inches for all of those respectively?

You mean this? Under all the pulley sizes on the left below them are the percentage.

how hard is it to swap pulleys on zl1. Is there any major disassembly to get access to the pulleys eg harmonic balancer and overdrive pulley.

not major but removing the radiator will gain access although not completely necessary. Having the correct puller and install tool will make life much easier during the process. Upper pulley swap requires removal of the supercharger and a press.

1- how is driveability affected with ati and 5 percent pulley. stalling, flutters and rattles and smoothness of idle and drive.$
2- do parts wear down faster, eg spark plugs, injectors. etc.?
3- does exhaust note change?
4- what will a tune improve with an ati + 5 percent set up? any harm not tuning ?
5- can a tune be avoided if a roto fab is added?

1) drive-ability is not affected with a pulley at all. I added the 9.55 to the lower, so the 5% won't affect it if mine didn't

2) I don't know the answer to this, I have not heard this question asked before.

3) No, it don't to change the exhaust note

4) no harm in not tuning with the 5% and roto-fab installed...Just an FYI though. I have to run 91 here because 93 is hard to find. I put mine on a Dyno and did a tune with just the roto-fab on it and nothing else. My 1st run (no tune) was 475 HP at the wheels. After the tune it was 496. So I got a 21HP gain by getting a tune. It was not needed though.

Nope, it is pretty straight forward with the right tools. No need to remove anything.
