Anyone ready for a night at the 'races'?

If all goes well, Turtle and I will be meeting in Marion for a few passes tomorrow evening. If you are ready for some fun, come on out and join us! We'd love to get a group of us out there for a meet and greet and to see what our 5th Gens can run.

is that the track right off IH 10 East before Seguin? What time are you getting there? I getting ready to order my SS, but would love to see you guys run. TAG, I keep playing your exhaust video at work and my co-workers are getting annoyed.....now i play it louder

Yep. That's the one. I think I'll run out there by about 7ish. After tomorrow, hopefully I'll have a few more vids to piss off your co-workers!

I plan on coming out tonight. My wife usually takes video. Hopefully I can make it. Getting my muffler delete done in an hour.

Make sure you have long pnats on as well...can't race in shorts!

Long pants, T-shirt (no tank tops) & Helmet. Do not need a helmet till you break the 14 sec barrier.

No muffler delete for me today. Lethal Perf. said it would take 4 - 5 hours to cut out the mufflers and replace it with a pipe.

the South Side guy said no more than an hour and Automotive Speacialist said no more than an hour.

cannot wait 4 - 5 hours for a simple procedure.

Yeah I was there for abotu 5 hours I think...first one they had done though so kind of understand why mine took longer...would think now though 2 to 3 hours tops!

and do they rent helmet there?

$15 to race, $10 to spectate.

They do rent helmets but get there early if they are busy!

Gates open at 6pm and test and tune starts at 630pm.

Doesn't matter...either place.

We can meet out at the Shell station there on IH10 and FM1518 too? That's a few miles before the track and they got a big lot to park in (not busy either).
