Gear change issue V6

Hello all, I need some help. I am frustrated. My car is a 2012 V6 and I do not use the paddle shifters. Well the car will go to M from D when I pull out fast or go up a hill. I will yank it back to D but it does it a few times a week. Now the gear shifter is loose and I can go from N to D to M without even pushing the button in. I called the dealer and they could not look at it for a week and wanted to charge me $75 to bring it in. I called Chevy Corporate and threw a fit. They got me an appt free of charge in 2 days. I took the car to my dealer last week. It is out of warranty and but still has the transmission covered. They drove it and put the computer on it and checked the transmission---and said there is nothing wrong with it. I do not think the car should do this and it scares me. I am a woman who drives this car every day and I am scared honestly. I have friends who have the same car that have had no issues at all. Has anyone had this issue? Please help.
