Gauges

I was thinking of buying the three gauge pod that mounts where your front speaker is on the dash. I was thinking that maybe your could just find the wires on the gauges on the console and hook them to the new gauges or would it just be easier to hook up the new gauges with the wiring provided? At any rate would this be a big pain, i.e.pulling dash apart, etc.

You may want to consider these. They are aeroforce scan gauges and just plug into you OBD port.

Only bad thing is the extra light at night. Other than that, it's like looking at the HUD to me. It's in my peripheral vision, only needs a little glance. It's really nice because I use them as shift lights and even if your in that tunnel vision mode with a helmet on, you can still see the redlight flash.

I recently autox'd my 1LE and the gauges I couldn't see (too focused) but I could see the bottom gauge flash.

Got everything from a member on here. But it's an aeroforce gauge pod.
