Hey guys need you opinion
First post have been creeping for a long time. Looking to buy a 1le and have found one that is relatively close. Have drove a ZL1 but don't want to throw down the big bucks. I think this might be a good option for me. He wants 43,900 but I think I've got him talked into 40. Do you think this is a good deal.... fair, good, or walk away?

Yes. Retail on a 1LE 2SS before tax is roughly $42,000 before taxes and fees. If you can get him at 40 that's a good deal with the supercharger and exhaust. At 43K? I'm not sure. Its still a good price, but it's used, not new. It might have performance mods but you didn't ask for those. It's reasonably priced.

Thank you guys very much. Apparently the car was owned by an older gentleman that had to sell for heath reason. Which I did not ask any further. The charger was installed by Ty Mason who does all the work for Bergstrom??? in lower Michigan. Which they tell me is covered by warranty. Keep it coming no feelings hurt here. Thanks!

$40k for a supercharged 1LE with 4000 miles sounds pretty good to me.

says on the site that the previous owner had it supercharged by SLP?

If it's supercharged by SLP it retains factory warranty.

Thanks for the tip, I think I'll head over there in the morning ;-) I'm just busting' balls. Looks like it's in almost new condition in the photos. $40K doesn't sound like a bad deal.
