2014 1LS vs 2010-2013 body changes - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey everyone. My names Ty and I'm new to the forum. Bought my 2014 summit white 1LS about 2 months ago and absolutely love it! I've always been a Mazda guy, but I test drove the Camaro and bought it right after I got back to the dealership. So far I've painted my emblems, put on the full bigwormgraphix tint kit, and bought the footwell, dome light, and trunk light kit from phastek and installed them via way of the forum with the on-off-on switch.

Anywho, back on subject. Did a search and didn't quite find what I was looking for. I just want to know what the changes in the body are from the past models. I know the obvious differences like front and rear, but was wondering about side skirts, hood, trunk, etc. I've read that since I have the v6, past model hoods should fit ok since the differences are in the 1LE and higher models, but I don't know if the source was guessing or knew for a fact. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

ok, obviously the biggest changes are the standard wheels as opposed to the steel, heritage wheels on the 2010-2013. The front and Rear with the lights and taillights and diffuser. As for the hood, I dont know for sure but I believe they are the same but hopefully someone else can chime in and help. hope this answers most of your questions.

I also bought a 14' 1LS and from what I've read, the hood is somewhat different. The trunk is different. Most body kits will not fit. Also, the body kits that are available for 14' are mostly for the SS and those won't fit on the V6 either.(at least that's the disclaimer) I don't know about the side skirt though. As far as I know, most performance mods will fit as long as they are 2012+(or maybe 2013+). 2010-2012 will not fit. Fog lights are also different.
