Isn't this from a dyno directly done on the engine correct? Put it in a car and your looking at what 675-700 bhp right?

I'm not sure if you meant this in in comparison to the 707 HP Challenger or the possible 750 HP Mustang, but I'm sure that those run on 91-93 octane and not on 110 race fuel.

You know the 2012 COPO 5.3L with the big 4.0L blower makes north of 1200hp right? Makes that 454 look like a kitty cat.

COPO is a part number , not a legal street car.... and not EMI compliant...

Neither is the lsx454, race only, or retrofit it into an old musclecar.
