Did she order perhaps for the wrong car? My buddy bought ZL1 bowties by accident for his SS, they were too big. Could this be the case viceversa?

ZL1's and SS's use the same size bowtie. The only difference is that the ZL1 grill only uses 3 prongs on the back so you have to break one off to install it in the grill.

And those picture above don't even look like they are for a Camaro. They look like they were made for a truck bowtie.

The direction say whip original bowtie off and peel double sided tape and place over original bowtie.

I am looking at getting a set and would like to know also if anyone has them installed? Also if they are worth the cost! The fit and finish, quality.

Are you sure these are for a Camaro? I changed my bowties yesterday and the one in the front grill doesn't have any room to fit a bowtie "cover" over it.

$295? that is insane, i have enough Cf to make at least 10 sets left over from my engine cover project....those look like 1 layer of CF, black paint on the back so light doesn't shine through and one hell of a wax job.

Agreed! I just noticed the CF started to peel on one corners of my rear emblem uncovering what was a CF sticker cut out and laid over the gold. What's more ridiculous is that the dealer I bought the car from added $150 to the sticker price and passed it off as genuine parts. Going in for an oil change this friday and plan on calling them out.
