stock stick shift mod
Has anyone tried to see if you can shortin the stock shifter at all. Somone told me about doing it on other cars like the mustang. He told me you cut the threads in half and shortin the stock shifter by half an inch to an inch. Does anyone know anything about this or if its even possible to or not?

I think I may have foune my own answer and thats no because the knob doesnt screw on. My friend doesnt know what hes talking about because he swore up and down that the shifter knob screws on lol.
