I wanted to take some time to comment about my experience with Steve from RDP. Just amazing person overall. Not just and individual that wants to make and same and then no more customer service.

He has been helping me for now a few days answering every question. Responding every email in a fast and very educated manner with top notch customer service.

Not only did he match and beat other sellers prices he offered free shipping no tax.

Going to agree - when I was asking questions before I ordered the Rotofab, it was the 4th of July weekend and he still was responding to my PM's within a few hours!

I wanted to pop in here and reiterate the awesome service dynosteve provides. He is far from alone on this forum in providing awesome, knowledgeable service, but he is worth a call even if he isn't local to you. That's the case with me, and he's been a rockstar in terms of experience, customer service, parts availability, and advice.
