it is attached to my new house also. should close sept 25th. still under construction. will post pics when it is finished. just had to tell everyone that i don't have to live in a apartment anymore or leave the camaro outside.

i am a notorious impulse shopper. me and my friend was just driving around, my car is not match for his zo6 though. anyhoo, stopped by and chatted with the house sales guy and ran the number. 100 bucks or so mor ethan i pay for my overpriced apartment and i got a house.

Congrats. You are definitely living large. Saw on another post of yours that you only had to wait one week for your car - awesome.

Now you have it all - brand new house and new Camaro! Who says the American dream is dead?

that was a long week. haha. someone was buying this house but the money thing did not work out for them. showed some friends the house today. the painters were there. hopefully the sod people come soon.

Congrats man. I've helped build a garage and an add on, it's a pretty big job, but way worth it. It makes the house look way bigger and protects your pride and joy.

LOL! I did the same thing too! Paying 60 extra bucks a month at this apt. complex. i would look for a house, but i'm less than a mile from work and i'm loving that too much. traffic here blows and i would get owned on gas money if I got a house. (my budget for a house tends to push options away from austin city limits, which is where my work is located)

congrats man, that is awesome. I wish i had a regular garage to put mine in that was closer to the house. I cleared a spot in my shop, its 20x20 and i had been cleaning it forever to keep it organized, it was my grandpas. I had to do a little moving but was able to get my car in there, i measured before i tried to put it in there. Once i get my student loans paid off i'm gonna up the payments on my car so i can pay it off soonter.
