Thicker steering wheel.... Leather or Suede

in the process of looking at steering wheels. anyone know definitively if the leather wheel is thicker than the stock urethane wheel... or if the suede one is thicker than both?

trying to find a direct replacement before going the route of steering wheel covers...

any help def appreciated!

Kinda wondering the same thing. I'd like to just get a steering wheel cover though that's slightly more grippy than the stock plastic.

My leather on the ZL1 is definitely thicker than the 1LT steering wheel I was driving.

I changed my wheel from the rubber one to a leather one. The leather was thicker, but not much. It was close enough that I would not have been able to tell if I didn't have both side by side. The leather is a lot more comfortable in the hand and looked better. I know those are just opinions so they may not help much.

I have since changed from the 2012 wheel to the 2010 wheel. I like the 2010 even better, again just an opinion.
