So I have a 2LT with the basic dual exhaust (non-NPP), and I've heard people with the NPP exhaust doing fuse-pulls to open the baffles all the time, from what I understand. My question is: Is there a fuse-pull for the non-NPP exhaust as well? I'm assuming not, but I figured I'd check

No, as you said the fuse pull on the NPP exhaust disables the baffles and allows the muffler bypass to be active all the time. The standard exhaust does not have this feature so no fuse pull is available.
