My car is aboard this CSX rail car and stuck in Alabama. It's flagged as "bad ordered" which means there is something wrong with the rail car and they must fix it before it can continue on. It's been sitting there for a week now!!
Anyone else loaded on this same rail car? Couldn't find anyone's entry in the database, but thought I'd ask anyway. |

"bad order" cars are usually rejected by the shipper before they load. Since yours was in transit, I would guess they ran into a braking problem or something of that nature. That happens quite a bit, and flat spots the wheels, making that clunk, clunk, clunk noise as it rolls down the track.
The only other time I have heard of B.O. cars you probably don't want to hear about, but if they derail a car and do damage to it, they will B.O. for that too. Hopefully its just the brake problem, good luck. |

Trains don't always travel in direct straight lines between point a and b. With 100+ cars on a train, they don't always have the same destination. Some cars do get routed as what seems to us as illogical, but to the RR there is a valid scheduling reason for it.

DANG!!!! It moved to Tennessee and was flagged "Bad Ordered" again. They probably moved it there to get it fixed. Hopefully it's not just the first of three stops to get to the place where they'll fix it.
