275 on front 20x9" Nurburgring

Has anyone done this...America's Tire is telling me that it wont work but I swear it will, and I have seen some people order them. I just want to know if they are just trying to sell me more tires.

What's the offset on that 20x9" wheel? If it's 40 or less it will work fine far as I know.

Are they saying the wheel won't fit or the tire won't fit on the wheel? The tire will certainly fit the wheel no problem.

TSW's site lists the 20x9 +35 wheel as fitting both front and rear on the Camaro, with the +35 or +20 it should work just fine with a 275. Maybe the tire places system just tells them it won't fit?

Yea it's 20 X9 5-120.00 35 DGMTXX, so maybe they are just being told by the system it wont but I mean it should fit fine. 285+ would be a problem from my understanding and need the 20 x10

Thanks for the help.

My first wheels were 20x9 Nurbs with a 35 offset and 275 invos and ran them with drop springs. No issues though invos run a bit narrow.

I ran 285 Toyo R888s on my 20x9 Nurbs in the front. No problem, although I am also on coilovers.

The tire will for sure fit on the wheel, I have 285 on my 20x9. But you may have clearance issues.
