VTC Information?

Okay so yesterday my VTC came and I really do love it! Its just what I was hoping for/ expected from the great reviews. Install for me was no problem at all. If you want me to post a install tutorial and show you were I mounted it just let me know.

My question is what is a better mode for me to drive on using the VTC, Sport or Drive? A lot of the time I use my paddle shifters and put it on manual but im wondering what drive mode would be better as far as auto goes. Pros and cons of both would be great. Thanks a lot guys! By the way I currently have been using SP7 and have been happy with that.
