CF Rockers installed

Pics don't do these parts justice. Very impressed with these Seibon CF parts from the Moreno Brothers.

Can't wait for the front splitter, fog light bezels, and Z/28 diffuser which should really set this ZL1 off.

Thank you Nathan!

Did you do the install? Mine are sitting in the garage. They look great. Did you get them clearbraed? I am sure that is a word.

Those looks awesome with the red! How was the install? Did you need to work it or was it pretty much plug and play? One option is to get it clear coated by an auto body painter. Aside from scratches the issue I've had with CF is fading. The gelcoat doesn't offer any UV protection, not sure if a clear bra would, probably have to specify type of clear bra with UV.

Clear bra would be the best to protect the CF, extra clear coats also. I have talked to one of the clear bra installers and he said he could do the rockers but when I asked him about the rear diffuser and the front fascia he said no way. (Maybe do the lower flat portion) They don't make a pattern for them and he said there are very few guys that could free hand that detail. This is the same guy who did my original clear bra 2 and 1/2 years ago and it still looks new. He did a great job so I trust his knowledge and he is supposedly one of the best in our state.

Thanks Marty!

Yes Guys, I had the CF rockers clear bra'd before having the dealership body shop do the install. I will do the same when the other Seibon CF parts come in. The clear bra actually made the CF pop even more which I was not expecting.

My biggest fear right now will be car thieves and not letting this ZL1 out of my sight. The CF parts really take these already BADASS looking cars to a different level. Like I said, photos don't do the quality of these parts justice. They make the CF factory hood insert look 2nd rate, and that's a nice piece!

Looking really sharp! I have all my parts done, make sure and put ExPel on all your parts, it will save them. My installer covered all my parts, complete front and compete rear. His install was fantastic. You can take a look at some of my pics to see how everything turned out, I'm really happy with all the work. Good luck with all your future parts!

I think our CRT really shows off these parts!!

Bill

I have not posted before on our forum about an aesthtic mod, and black is my favoUrite coloUr, since my ZL1 is black, but I really, really like the look with the CF and the CRT red.
Soooooooo nicely done, 2NASSTY.
And, your photo quality is amazing.
And, I wish that I was living in FL right now...it's a bit cool here in Toronto.

Thank you ZEDL1. I've never spent much money on visual versus performance mods, so it was hard to pull the trigger on these parts.

But when you see these Seibon parts in person, then look at the true Exotic cars with the same or less quality CF parts on there cars, its a no-brainer. I think these parts will look good on all colors, but the CRT must have some Metallic flake in it that makes the CF pop even more perhaps.
