fuel pressure regulator mounting

Has anyone mounted their fuel pressure regulator in the cubby where the cabin air filter is located? If you have post up some pictures of location/line routing please. I think this is the area I'm going to mount my lnc-2000 and FPR.

Hope you use PTFE lines. If not you will definitely smell gas. If I was going to do that I would remove the filter and block the hole off.

Not the best idea to have the fuel lines on the wrong side of the firewall. What is wrong with mounting on the other side of the heater box like everyone else?

Not a bad idea. I might relocate mine in there. I have mine on the outside of the cabin filter
