So long C5'ers
So I decided to trade in my '11 on an '02 SS vert . I never quite got over selling my 2000 back in '08 . I certainly appreciate the insight and tricks and tips on here . If anyone needs and parts help,please pm me.

Kind of bitter sweet deal here. I can relate the reason why I love Camaros is because my older cousin had a 98 z28 and man I loved riding in that thing. Always told myself I wanted a Camaro too, and now that I have my own Camaro I couldn't see myself trading it for a 4th gen. Why not both ?

I can relate !! I just sold my 2000 Trans Am WS6 (was my DD for 9 yrs) last month for a 15 SS. Had too many problems at once and with a bad back i couldn't do it anymore. I do miss the handling, performance and the looks I would get driving a rare car around. I will get accustomed to the Camaro over time but I do know what your feeling. Good luck !!

I owned a few 4th gens myself, and I understand!! It's funny to think that I now prefer the comparatively more visceral feel of a 4th gen compared to a 5th gen. And, of course, back then, people were calling the 4th gen overweight, ugly, not having enough road feel, etc. No, really, I think a 4th gen with T-tops, a T56 and an LS1 pretty much does it for me and always will

I want a WS6 something fierce. That car has aged well IMO.
But you don't have to leave, there's a 4th gen section!
