2010-12 vs 2013 & up ET Times

It appears the first two years of Camaros are faster than The Later years
13.01 1/4 mile times now the 2015 are running 13.6 Why is that ?
Thanks

Where are you getting the 13.6 from? If you are basing this of a few time slips it could be driver or DA. The newer years should be just as fast as the original.

. There was a show That They had a 2014 Camaro & Mustang , They Could Do Any Engine mods with a budget & Exterior Mods with a budget . The Auto Camaro ran a 13.6 while the Auto Mustang ran 13.1 . They Made The Camaro run a little better . I do not remember to name of the show . You Tube Is where I am mainly looking . I Am Looking to buy a Camaro , but I do not want to buy one the half second slower for a unknown reason , ILE runs 12.9 with 3:90 gearing .

I wouldn't put much stock in a single event.

Here is a 2014 A6 that ran 13.2. He's number #14 on the fast list, so right there with the top automatic SSes from all model years.

If 1/4 mile times are all that matters to you, then buy an old Fox body. You can add a turbo, build an 11 second car, and save about 20 grand.

A .5 second difference in any review isn't that big of a deal. Each track has a different altitude, each car has a different driver. Every magazine, manufacturer, reveiwer will come up with a different time. Just buy the car you like. If you want the fastest Camaro, get a ZL1.

auto vs stick vs what rear end. All those will make a difference. While the 2010 was the lightest all should be close on time especially if compared to 2012 to new er

Then get a manual transmission. More rwhp, a little lighter, and faster in the right hands.
