Better 60ft?
Just like the thread says. How do I manage a better 60ft? I have a 1LE on Michelin PSS. Best 60ft I could manage was a 2.14. I didn't touch tire pressure, I left the tires at 35 PSI.
I pretty much tried everything I could other than tire pressure. I tired launching at a higher RPM, tried slipping the clutch more, tried dropping the clutch, tried different nanny settings.I made about 8 runs in 1 night with all 2.15 60s and 13.0 @111/112. Best run of the night was with everything off and a 2.14 60ft. 12.892@111.84. Mods are: Halltech intake, Bo white PTB and SOLO HFC.

next mod needs to be a set of drag radials. car should have no problem cutting a lot lower 60s with a set of them on

This is true. A set of drag radials will get you 1-2 tenths, but will also stress stock axles. If the car is lowered at all, I'd consider H-E's new diff bushings. At $150 it's a cheap way to avoid replacing axles when you find the sweet spot and the tires grip hard.

Is there anyway to improve my 60ft without modding the car anymore or changing to drag radials? Anything that I can do to improve it as a driver. I know lowering the air pressure would help.

I learned a lot from this guy. Check it out. I've pulled some pretty good 60' times on stock tires at 32lbs

You're doing much better than me at 60ft. Mine are 2.3 but I'm running 12.8-12.9 at 113-114 mph. If I could get to a 2.1 then that may get me a 12.6.

I've gotten 1.86 on radials. They're definitely worth it. And with a better radial, could get even better.

Could I put these on my SS? Or do I need a certain differential or gears or something else?

As others have said get a set of DRs. If you don't want to spend a bunch of $ on 17" welds get a set of 18" replica ZO6 wheels and some Mickey Thompson DRs.

I'm waiting on a friend of mine to get back in town to see if the 18x10 rims with 58mm offset that he took off his 03 Zo6 will fit on mine without a spacer. Do you know if those will work?

Practice, practice, practice. I can rip a 1.918 60' time on BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2's (340 treadwear) in 275, stock tire pressure, and a V6. Avoid the water box, spin the tires to clean them off but do not heat them up too much or you will make them greasy. I usually just spin mine to 6000 RPM's in first gear. Line up in the grooves, most important part. Should see 2 distinct lines where the slicks lay down rubber.
