Hey fellow canucks,

I have a TPW of September 28 for my Camaro. I have read on these boards that for most fo the americans, it has been taking them anywhere from 6 days to 2 weeks for the dealer to take delivery of their car.

However I didnt find much on how long its taking canadians to get their cars once the order is produced.

I live in the Kitchener - waterloo area, ordered from Schleuters. (excellent dealer BTW)

How long as it taken you guys?

Once it is produced........your car will be at the dealer within two weeks unless they are having issues with quality control ......My 2ss/rs made it to the dealer in 1 week flat!!!!!!!!!! That included Sat and Sun!!!!

Mine sat in the parking lot in Oshawa for 2 weeks before they shipped it. Took a week and a half to transport - obviously the shipping shouldn't be that long for yours.

I ordered mine June 1st at 12:42 PM the hour and the time GM was doing its Bankruptcy thing in the US lol. I took delivery on August 13th but the car was at the dealer August 10th. GM musta loved my loyalty lol.

spoke a dealer today and he was telling me he had one produced on a saturday and delivered to him the monday... his last one... so in a matter of days he was telling me...

Wow thats nuts. I see your from brampton so maybe thats a good sign ours might only take a few days to deliver from Oshawa. Seeing as im from Cambridge im not too far from Brampton.

I heard they all(US and Canadian orders) get shipped from Oshawa to Windsor, the american cars go on a train and the canadian ones get dispursed from Windsor. Anyone know if this is accurate?

If thats the case mine should only take a few days to get here?

My order to delivery was 7 weeks. May 12th ordered June 28th delivery

Doubt that's accurate since there is a rail yard at the oshawa plant.
