manual trans troubles. not going in gear and locking up.

Just purchased a used 2010 Camaro. 800 whp, built motor, etc..
stock manual transmission, barton short throw shifter, and 11'' monster ceramic clutch kit. I am new to the car. Just got it today. I know I am not a manual clutch shifting expert so I have ben taking it extra easy with the shifts. I can't remember for sure why I originally pulled over. I think the shifter was making a noise. Coasted into a parking lot. I put the car in neutral. Pushed the clutch pedal all the way to the floor. Went to let the clutch pedal out and it wanted to roll forward when I let the clutch out with it in neutral. I put it in gear and started to let the clutch out and then it was like some thing was binding up. Clutch acted like it was engaging, but it would not roll forwards in gear. Then I had a hard time putting it in and out of gear like the pedal was not pushed in all the way and it was pushed to the floor. I didn't know what to do and was thinking of going to get my enclosed trailer, but then was like shit. can't drive it into the trailer and it is locked up. It was acting like it was in 2nd or 3rd gear in neutral. So I figured I would try to drive it in neutral. Made it a 100' and then it disengaged...
I drove the car home a couple miles and it shifted fine. Now I am afraid to drive it incase it happens again. thinking of driving it strait to the transmission shop that built the trany in my duramax to have it checked out Monday morning. Wondering if you guys had any ideas?

Thank you
Jeremy
