depends on what size. some people installing the 2" long tubes have issues with it rubbing the steering rack. 99% of those with smaller headers don't have any issues. I run 1 7/8" long tubes and I have plenty of clearance.

I have 2" ARH and have room to spare. 2" have more power and torque from idle to full throttle. Look for JRE header test for the results.

I just installed TSP 1 7/8 headers a few months ago and there were no fitment issues at all. Plenty of room, no rubbing and everything bolted right up.

I went with the 1 7/8 no fitment issues and yes the 2" headers are lazy down low. A car with same cam and mods made much less torque.

I got tsp 2" headers on my vert. I did have to dimple a couple of tubes on both sides. But performance, price and sound are awsome

I have tsp 1-7/8 headers. Zero fitment issues, they bolted right up and delivered the goods!

What'd your car make, I am looking at doing the same cam next month? Debating on ported heads and a fast setup to match with it.

I installed the 2 inch and I needed to dimple one tube because of the shaft....it's really not a big deal to do

Small, but effective mod list:

Roto-Fab Intake, TSP 2" Long tubes, TSP catless mids, MSD spark plug wires, stock catback, Elite Catch Can, APEX washer relocation and scoop, VMAX throttle body, Diablo InTune-Tuned by Matt@FSP, and a JacFab license plate bracket.

1 7/8 fit without any issues. They do hang a little lower than I'd like them to, but it seems that's how all my cars with long tubes are.
