First oil change

Man when I got in there I was like this is going to be hell ,huge line, it went very fast. Know I know I'm supposed to bring it in at 20%. Now I'm waiting in the waiting room, listening to the weirdest conversations I don't know why people would discuss in public out loud.

Hopefully you have a better time than I did. I had Oil running down my front bumper and on the inside of my door handles.

Well the oil change took two hours, no one came and told me it was ready, I got up to see what was taking so long..... saw my car sitting there ready, asked a guy and he said go to the cashier, asked her how long my keys were sitting there, she said 45-1hr. The women were sitting near each other at a descent distance, and I was across the room and heard them like they were talking right next to me. From what I recall, something about here husband beating the crap out of someone who hit on her at their house, one of their friends named randy trying to commit suicide in one of their other friend's backyards, something about it's good you left with the kids, your kids need their uncle since they only have one, and some other stuff around those lines. The things they were talking about made me go WTF, there was this older gentleman sitting next to me, at one point we stared at eachother and im pretty sure we were wondering what in the hell is happening. This stuff wasn't talked about in an urgent manor, they were just leisurely talking about it, which I think made it more awkward.

Where did you have this done, at a dealership or just an oil change place? Either way, I would find a new place... To have your car sit there for 45 minutes to 1 hour without them letting you know it was done is bogus...

Dealership, thought free would be good, got the oil type so I don't think I'm ever going back, unless I have to in order to keep my certified warranty, anyone know?
