Car cover
I'm starting to think about putting my car away for the winter in about5 or 6 weeks. It will be in the shed, but I am not sure what cover to go with.
Is the GM Camaro the way to go or should I buy an after market custom car cover? Let me know and if you have any pics that would be great.

Very happy with GM 92215993 cover. I bought it on Amazon for less than $250. Fits like a glove. It's not "soft" like a blanket on the inside like some covers I've seen for a true garage queen, but it keeps the dirt and bugs off.

I like the looks of that. But I wonder if the softness is important.

I went with Coverking. Mosom all weather cover...about $200. I have covers on 2 other cars and this is best all round outdoor cover I've run across. Great for the Money.
http://www.carcoverusa.com/Coverking-Mosom.html Their web site has a great comparison chart.

I have a California Car Cover Superweave. They make quality covers, I have bought about six of their covers over the years.
I don't have my camaro any more; it anyone is interested in a 1 year old cover in perfect shape, PM me.

Weather shield hp from covercraft. Car has sat for over a month, pulled the cover off and looked spotless just like it was before putting on the cover. Biggest thing is car needs to be 100 percent clean before putting on any car cover. If there is dust or dirt at all it WILL scratch your car no matter how good or cheap the cover

My fear is that when I use the cover taking off and on when I fold up it will get dirt on the inside potentionally scratching the paint.
You follow me? There has to be a right and wrong way to cover and uncover. My only thought is taking the California duster over the top of cover before taking off so the dirt doesn't get folded in.

I have used the GM cover now for 4 years and it has served me well. Sad to say it is that time of year and will be using it again in about 2 or 3 weeks.

I got a $20 cover on ebay. If it's stored inside, you don't need anything fancy.
