New camaro headlamps - LED?

Does anyone know if the production model is set to have the "bmw-esque" circular-type LED ring lights around the headlamps as seen in some of the concept photos? If so, that would be pretty sweet and intimidating to a mustang!

Nothing's for sure, just "Keep the faith". Mr. Settlemire says we will not be disappointed as did all of the "Disciples", so I'm sticking with them and waiting patiently.

Nah, no one really has a clue except the disciples and Chevy staff members on these boards, and they would be killed by GM's corporate ninjas the second they opened their mouths on the matter.

LED's would be awesome, but I'd have to see how much more they cost over standard lights before saying I'd like them on the Camaro or not.

I am sure in MY own mind they will be halos. Does anyone recall someone saying something about "polishing my halos?"

GM hasn't released anything yet. No one has personally leaked anything to me yet. However, if you read between the lines, we are getting halos!

I'm assuming halos as well. Tag described why so I won't repeat him, but I'll use my favorite smiley.

Either way, there better be an aftermarket company that makes the concept headlight and taillights available. If not, I'm opening my own exclusive Camaro Concept Accessories shop where you can fulfill all your lighting, gas cap, and skinny rear-view mirror needs. Maybe I'll even offer a rope so you can have your own shunt

I'm sure we'll see the halos and the afterburners. I think those features, among the countless others, are so cool and unique. If they aren't offered, then I'll be going by your accessory shop and fix it myself

I can guarantee you that there WILL be a "SHUNT IN TRUNK" sign in my Camaro. Even if I'm the only person laughing at it.

Thanks for the info guys, yeah, i'll keep my fingers crossed and you know someone out there will make them, even if they don't end up on the production model.

Covers are not coming. Fbodfather posted this clearly. He said look to C6 - first exposed vette lights in a while. Maybe later...

He was talking aftermarket... we know we aren't getting RS covers from the factory. I bet they will be available aftermarket though.
