Bottom projector fog lights dont come on

Is there some super secret way to get these to turn on, or are mine burned out.

The bottom projector fog lights do not come on.
The upper fog lights come do come on though.

They aren't dummy lights, are they?

No they are not. Push the middle of the light knob, it's a push button. That will turn them on as long as your parking and/or headlights are on. If daytime, and in Auto mode, only the DRLs will come on.

Thanks. I think the bulbs may be burned out then.

Not hard to replace, just don't spend a lot of money on them. I bought the LED replacements and you can barely even tell that they're on. Did some searching on here and after reading some other threads, decided to go with HIDs. I haven't installed them yet as I need a new low profile jack to allow me to get tire off so I can take the inner well out to have some work space to attach the ballast. Anyway, I've heard HIDs are the only bulbs that will actually provide you with some useable light to the road.
