Rattling clutch when pressed into floor?
Dealer had the car, stated they replaced the slave cylinder and flywheel cause they saw some "movement"
I got it back and it still makes that same noise When clutch is all pressed all the way to floor and held for a second or so it rattles... When I'm driving I don't hear it at all... What could the issue be? Happens in neutral too... |

well they replaced the slave, so see if they replaced the throwout bearing and the pilot bearing. i really dont see why they wouldnt while they are there but you never know. i've heard of throwout bearing rattling but when mine failed it squealed when clutch peadl was up and would go away when i pressed clutch ever so slightly

Even before they replacing the slave/flywheel.. It would do the noise.. I asked them if they replaced the slave+ throw out bearing and they stated yes... It's so odd I wonder if it'll hurt the car...?
